Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team at support@cloudhug.ae
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them.
Refund Process:
Contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Items:
